Vous assurez une affectation optimale des ressources matérielles et humaines internes et externes afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des chantiers.
Vos responsabilités
+ Vous optimisez les ressources matérielles et humaines en privilégiant l’interne pour le bon déroulement des chantiers: vous collectez et consolidez les besoins en ressources matérielles, optimisez les échange entre chantiers, gérez les plannings hebdomadaires et quotidiens, commandez les ressources extérieures, suivez et contrôlez les pointages …
+ Vous participez à l’amélioration du taux d’utilisation du matériel (TUM)
+ Vous participez aux prévisions de recettes de l’atelier en location interne et de dépenses en location externe de l’établissement
+ Vous veillez au respect des normes réglementaires et légales: vous vous assurez du respect de la réglementation transport, vous vous assurez que les compagnons et intérimaires soient titulaires d’une autorisation pour les tâches qui leur sont affectées
+ Vous participez à des missions transverses: suivi de la consommation de carburant, télématique, logistique transport …
+ Si management, vous assurez les entretiens d’échange des conducteurs poids lourds
+ Si dimension logistique: gestion des transporteurs, animation des dispatcheurs, …
