Contexte
Le projet de la ligne 1 du métro d’Abidjan vise à créer une liaison ferroviaire de 37,9 km reliant Anyama Centre à l’aéroport, intégrée dans une stratégie de transport multimodal pour la ville.
Keolis assurera l’exploitation et la maintenance (O&M) de la ligne pendant 7 ans après sa mise en service prévue en 2029, tout en accompagnant la phase de conception et construction pour garantir l’opérationnalité des dispositifs.
Cette période de pré-exploitation inclut des études exploratoires, des revues opérationnelles et la mobilisation de 900 futurs employés, avec une construction attendue d’ici 4 ans.
Missions
Ce poste vise à garantir la performance et la sécurité opérationnelle du futur métro d’Abidjan.
Rattaché au Directeur Pré-Exploitation et au Directeur Technique, le Responsable définit et applique les stratégies de sécurité et de performance pendant la phase de pré-exploitation.
Il contribue notamment à :
Le poste débute à Paris (7 mois) avant un transfert à Abidjan, avec une possibilité d'intégration dans l'équipe d’exploitation-maintenance post-pré-exploitation.
Un adjoint accompagnera ces missions.
Profil
Formation de type ingénieur ou équivalent.
• Expérience dans le même type de mission d’une durée d’au moins 3 ans à 5 au moins dans le domaine de la sécurité opérationnelle.
• Bonnes connaissances de l’ensemble des métiers d’un système de transport de type métro appréciées.
• Sens de l'écoute, rigueur, ouverture, réactivité et adaptabilité.
• Connaissance, voire maîtrise des notions de sécurité, disponibilité, fiabilité, coût, qualité et performance.
• Capacité à rédiger des notes, supports et rapports.
